At Fit Chick Fit Camp we strongly believe we have the cure for the common workout. We absolutely hate the idea of doing the same thing everytime you workout. Just the thought drives us nuts! Who gets excited about going to the gym just to rotate the same 2 or 3 workouts or even worse the same 2-3 exercises? No one!

If you’re bored out of your mind with your current routine or need new challenges to hold your interest we have some awesome news to share.You will NEVER have to worry, because boredom does not exist at Fit Chick Fit Camp! Your training sessions are never dull and recycled 10x in the same month. Each day you are met with a completely new set of challenges.
Since 2007, we have made it a goal to never recycle a training session and to inject as much fun into each session as possible. Yep, the old “F” word! Oh Yeah!
Our philosophy is, if you want to inspire someone to exercise on a regular basis, you have to make it fun, challenging, and effective.
At Fit Chick Fit Camp you’ll participate in team relay races, partner challenges, resistance training, obstacle courses,high intensity interval training, circuit training, body weight exercises, kick boxing, boxing, yoga, balance training, flexibility,cardio conditioning, fitness games and much more. What you’ll come to expect, is to expect the unexpected!
When fitness is fun, it no longer becomes a chore.
